Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

2. Using Our Website

You may use the Soothr website for lawful purposes only.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, product descriptions, images and other website content are provided for general information and may occasionally contain errors or omissions.

We reserve the right to update, amend or remove website content without prior notice.

3. Our Products

Soothr products are carefully curated wellness and self-care products intended to encourage moments of calm and wellbeing.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Product colours, packaging and presentation may vary slightly from images shown on the website.

Where a particular product or component becomes unavailable, we may, where appropriate, provide a suitable alternative of comparable quality and value. Where a substitution would materially change the product, we will contact you where reasonably possible.

4. Introduction Box

The Soothr Introduction Box is available exclusively to businesses and organisations and is not offered for purchase by consumers for personal use.

Our Introduction Box is designed to allow businesses to experience Soothr before considering a larger order.

The Introduction Box contains 10 Soothr boxes.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product or enquiry page, the Introduction Box is intended for business customers, including hotels, property businesses, corporate organisations and other professional organisations.

The price, delivery arrangements and any applicable taxes will be clearly communicated before an order is confirmed.

5. Orders

Submitting an enquiry or order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

We reserve the right to decline an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, information supplied is incorrect, or we reasonably believe an order has been placed fraudulently or for an inappropriate purpose.

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance to you, normally by email.

Where payment is arranged by bank transfer, we may require cleared funds before dispatch.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices will be displayed or provided clearly before an order is confirmed.

Where applicable, VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate, once the business reaches the VAT threshold.

For orders paid by bank transfer, payment details will be provided with your invoice or order confirmation.

Soothr will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information supplied by the customer.

7. Delivery

We will provide the expected delivery arrangements and any applicable delivery charges before your order is confirmed.

We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated delivery times. However, delivery dates may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order is delayed significantly, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at admin@soothr.co.uk, providing details of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs of the damaged packaging or product.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable remedy.

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that apply to you.

9. Cancellations and Returns

Where you purchase as a consumer, you may have statutory rights to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Business customers do not have the same statutory consumer cancellation rights. Any cancellation or return arrangements for business orders will be agreed as part of the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will normally process it using the original payment method unless another method has been agreed.

Where an order was paid by bank transfer, any refund will normally be made by bank transfer.

We will aim to process approved refunds as promptly as reasonably possible.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Soothr website, including text, photography, graphics, branding, logos, designs and other materials, belongs to Soothr or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit Soothr content without our prior written permission.

The Soothr name, logo and associated branding may not be used without our permission.

12. Wellness Information

Information provided by Soothr is intended to support general wellbeing and self-care.

It should not be considered medical, psychological or professional healthcare advice.

If you have concerns about your health or wellbeing, you should seek appropriate advice from a qualified professional.

13. Website Availability

We aim to keep the Soothr website available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

We may temporarily suspend access to the website for maintenance, updates or other operational reasons.

These links are provided for convenience and do not mean that Soothr endorses or accepts responsibility for the content, availability or practices of those websites.

For business customers, our liability will be subject to any specific terms agreed as part of the relevant business order or agreement.

We will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where this results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include, for example, significant disruption to postal or delivery services, supplier failures, natural disasters, government action, industrial disputes or other events beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to minimise the effect of such events and keep affected customers informed.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version applying to an order will be the version in force when that order is accepted.

The latest version will be available on the Soothr website.
